The full-scale digitalization of housing and communal services today has certain limitations. The main part of the efforts of resource supplying organizations to modernize communal infrastructure is primarily aimed at operating activities, updating and building networks and equipment. “Digit” is a difficult story, but there are simply no other alternatives for housing and communal services. Sustainable development of the industry is possible only when we achieve its complete controllability and transparency, including through digitalization.
