To understand what the scenarios for the development or degradation of a public school may be, one must understand the conditions in which the school is at the moment. What are the average salaries for subject teachers - real and not “according to official figures”?
What is the teacher's workload at school - real, without any "cheating"? What is the age of teachers, more precisely, what percentage of teachers are of retirement and pre-retirement age? What is the real subject knowledge of their young colleagues? What are the USE results and their dynamics in the country?
These and many other data (for example, passing scores to teacher training colleges) are not disclosed by Rosstat, the Ministry of Education and Science, or Rosobrnadzor. Why? It is not difficult to guess - due to the inevitably subsequent negative reassessment of all the reforms and throwbacks of recent years.
The "screen instead of a teacher" scenario has shown its complete failure, thanks to experiments during the pandemic. What then remains to be done? I will outline an ambulance scenario for our mass school with broad strokes - a mobilization and disruptive scenario, but, alas, the only possible one under the present conditions.
