This Content Policy defines the basic principles and rules for working with media content created during the organization and holding of the FIT-M 2021 Forum (hereinafter referred to as the "Forum").
This policy is valid before, during and after the events.
This Policy applies to all events of the Forum and is valid from the moment of its approval by the Organizing Committee.
Concepts and terms

Author
|
an individual (citizen) who has created a work of science or art (Article 1228 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
For example, the authors are the speakers, if they prepared their own presentations.
As well as their co-authors who helped them.The authors are not technical co-executors, that is, people who provided technical support, namely, editors, sound engineers, assistants and other service personnel.

Participant
|
an individual (citizen),who is present at the Forum. All participants have the same status regardless of whether they paid for the ticket themselves or arrived at the Forum as employees of an organization.

|
Content
|
any part of the event content , which is contained in a speech, report, comment, question, as well as provided in the form of reference and advertising materials, in the format of presentations, audio-video recordings, etc.
|
|
Forum
|
a professional event aimed at the exchange of knowledge and held by the Organizer in accordance with certain rules.
|
|
Composition
|
the result of intellectual activity, protected in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation as a work of literature, science, art.
For example, the author's report which was sent to the Organizer for participation in the Forum, as well as all related materials in electronic or other form, is recognized as a work.

|
Performance
|
an object of related rights protected in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation as a performance and/or phonogram.
For example, a performance is a speaker’s presentation on stage, which is recorded by cameras and dictaphones, a webinar, an audio recording.
Phonograms (audio recordings) also belong to Forum performances.
The participants of our events are always intellectually prepared people, so their questions and comments are also equated with speeches.

Content Sources
- The content of the Forum is being created:
- By the Organizer and other persons at the request of the Organizer;
- By authors;
- By participants;
- By Partners.
- The conditions for creating Content and the rights for Content are determined by this Policy, which each of the above-mentioned persons agrees to by entering into relations with the Organizer, respectively, by submitting an application for a report, buying a ticket or concluding a partnership agreement.
- In addition to this Policy, the Organizer's relations with the Authors are regulated by the License Agreement, which is given in the Appendix to this Policy.
Content Composition
- Any informational content of the Forum, all reports, recordings of speeches and interviews with participants and guests, photo and video materials from the forum, texts of abstracts and reports, official websites and pages on the Internet that are created during the preparation for the Forum, its holding and after the Forum, but are related to it, relate to the Content, the legal regime of which is established by this Policy.
- The content also includes audio and video recordings of the Forum, including reports and speeches, master classes, seminars, webinars and other parts of the events. This part of the content is created by the Organizer or performers on his order.
- All original Content is protected by intellectual property rights. In particular, the content includes such results of intellectual activity as works of literature, science and art, performances, phonograms, as well as complex and composite objects (multimedia products, Internet sites).
Rights of the Organizer
- Each Author and other Content creator, by joining this Policy, grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, free license to use the results of intellectual activity related to the Content throughout the world (hereinafter referred to as the "License").
- The moment when the License is granted by the Author is the moment when the corresponding results are made available to the Organizer: sending abstracts of the report, files with texts and presentations, a speech within the framework of the Forum.
- The Forum organizer has the right to use the results of intellectual activity related to the Content, both for profit and for non-commercial purposes, in whole or in part, in the following ways in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 1270 and paragraph 2 of Article 1317 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation:
- to reproduce, copy and replicate;
- to create derived results (including translating them into foreign languages), use them to create complex and composite results, collections and anthologies;
- to distribute by sale or other alienation of the original and / or copies;
- to publicly display, provide download links;
- to publicly perform;
- to report on the air, that is, to report for public information on radio or television, with the exception of a message by cable;
- to report by cable, that is, to report to the public by radio or television using a cable, wire, optical fiber or similar means;
- to make it available to the public in such a way that any person can access the works from any place and at any time of their own choice (making it available to the public).
- The license granted to the Organizer is valid until the expiration of the exclusive rights to the works of the Author or other copyright holder.
- The Organizer does not guarantee the publication of the Content, its placement on the Internet for any period, just as it cannot guarantee the publication of the Content at all.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer has the right to use the Content for advertising purposes.
Award
- No remuneration is paid for the creation and publication of Content.
Using images
- Each Author and Participant of the Forum agrees that their names, surnames and non-confidential information about them, as well as photos and videos with their images can be published and freely used by the Organizer, if this does not infringe on the honor and dignity, does not harm the business reputation of the depicted persons, does not violate the privacy and other secrets protected by law.
- The Organizer may, at the request of the Author or Participant, stop using images with his participation or mention him in the information materials of the Forum.
Using brands
- If trademarks (service marks) or other means of individualization are used in the materials of reports, advertising and other materials of the Forum provided by the Authors and Partners, the Organizer reserves the right to keep images of such means of individualization in the places and in the form in which they were actually present at the Forum when working with Content and in publications.
- The Organizer allows the use of Forum brands for mentions in the messages of Authors and Participants, but prohibits the use of these brands for the dissemination of information about similar events organized by third parties.
Purity of content
- The Organizer directs the Authors to present only original materials that have not been published before.
- All photo and video materials used by the Authors and Participants must be of legal origin: either obtained from the corresponding paid databases, or obtained under open licenses.
- The Authors and Participants undertake to prevent plagiarism and illegal borrowing of other people's intellectual activity results.
- All persons present at the Forum undertake to refrain from obscene words and expressions, gestures, disrespectful behavior towards each other, the use of profanity and to prevent the dissemination of information materials prohibited by law.
- It is prohibited to distribute extremist materials, information about drugs and methods of their manufacture, pornographic materials, any information aimed at obtaining illegal access to any copyrighted content (including links, catalogs, torrent services, etc.), as well as other information and information prohibited by current legislation.
- The information materials of the Forum do not contain age restrictions and can be accessed by children.
In case of violation of rights
- Any interested person, in the event of a violation of intellectual rights and other illegal actions within the framework of the Forum, undertakes, first of all, to inform the organizers of the Forum about such violations by contacting the email address [email protected].
- This Policy establishes a mandatory pre-trial procedure for any claims and disputes related to the use of intellectual property objects.
- The Organizer undertakes to consider in good faith all appeals about violations of rights and take measures for the pre-trial settlement of possible disagreements.
- The Organizer reserves the right to remove any part of the Content and revoke its publication, terminate or restrict access to the Content in any available way.
Joining the terms of the Policy
- Joining the terms of this Policy is carried out by expressing consent to all its terms without exceptions. After joining, this Policy takes the force of a license agreement between the Organizer and the person who joined.
- The authors join the Policy and express their consent to its terms by taking actions to submit applications for the report, using the appropriate forms on the Forum's Internet sites. At the same time, the Authors join the License Agreement presented in the Annex to this Policy.
- Abstracts and other materials of the application are included in the Content even if they are not accepted by the Organizer for the presentation.
- Participants join the Policy and express their consent to its terms by arriving and actually participating in the Forum. Participants who do not agree with the terms of the Policy cannot be on the Forum.
- The partners express their consent and join the Policy by concluding an appropriate agreement
